Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Champion Financial, LLC (the “Company”) takes the privacy of the people we contact and the people who contact us seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Most of the information we have about you was collected through our research as part of identifying a possible match between unclaimed funds and a rightful owner. That typically includes your name, last known address, and other available information that ties you to the funds in question.

If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share with us. If you engage us to pursue a recovery, we will need additional information to prosecute the claim, for example identification documents, vital records, and other supporting documentation specific to your situation. We will tell you, in writing, exactly what is needed before requesting it.

This website does not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics that share data with outside parties.

How we use it

Information about you is used only to identify and contact you about funds we believe you are entitled to recover, to prosecute a recovery on your behalf if you engage us, to comply with our professional, regulatory, and tax obligations, and to respond to your inquiries and requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with marketers, lead aggregators, or data brokers. We share information only with the custodian holding the funds (as required to make the claim), any identity-verification services the custodian requires, outside counsel retained on your behalf where the recovery requires legal services we are not authorized to provide, and government authorities where disclosure is required by law.

How we store it

We store information in systems we control, with reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Sensitive documents are transmitted only over secure channels we arrange with you, and are stored separately from general correspondence.

How long we keep it

We retain information for as long as is necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal and professional obligations, and resolve any disputes. Records associated with a completed recovery are retained for the period required by applicable law and the Company’s professional record-retention obligations, and then securely destroyed.

Your choices

You can decline to engage us at any time, in which case the information we have about you will be retained only as needed for our own records and will not otherwise be used. You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct information that is inaccurate, stop contacting you, or delete information about you (subject to our legal and professional obligations to retain certain records).

Children

This service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. Where a recovery involves a minor, we work through the minor’s parent, guardian, or court-appointed representative as applicable.
